Refund Policy
Everything we sell is digital content: files that are delivered the moment your payment is confirmed and that cannot be returned once they have been downloaded. For that reason, all sales on badgyver.com are final and we do not offer refunds. What we do offer is real help: if a product does not work as described, we will work with you until it does.

01All sales are final
Once an order is completed, the product is delivered instantly to your account and cannot be “un-downloaded”. We therefore do not issue refunds, returns or exchanges for any product, including when:
- you change your mind after buying;
- the product was bought by mistake or you no longer need it;
- your server does not meet the requirements listed on the product page;
- the product does not work because of other plugins, your hosting provider or changes made to its files;
- you were unable to use the product because your account or licence was suspended for breaking our terms.
By completing a purchase, you ask us to deliver the digital content immediately, and you acknowledge that, once it is made available to you, you lose any right to withdraw from the purchase where the law allows that right to end on delivery.
02Before you buy
Because sales are final, every product page is designed to show you exactly what you are buying. Before purchasing, please:
- read the full description and the requirements of the product;
- watch the video and look through the screenshots, and for maps, open the 2D map and the 3D preview;
- check that your server runs the framework the product needs (Oxide/uMod, Carbon, the RustEdit extension or other plugins);
- ask us on Discord if anything is unclear. We are happy to answer before you buy.
03What we do instead
If a product does not work as described, contact us. We will:
- help you find the cause and set the product up correctly;
- fix any defect in our product and publish the corrected version in your account downloads;
- update the product when changes to Rust, Oxide/uMod, Carbon or RustEdit break it, as described in our Terms of Service.
Please include your order number, the product name and, for plugins, your server console log. It helps us solve the problem much faster.
04Payment disputes and chargebacks
If you have a problem with an order, contact us before opening a dispute with PayPal or your bank. Opening a dispute or chargeback for a purchase that was delivered is treated as a breach of our terms:
- the licences of that purchase are revoked immediately, and plugins linked to them stop working;
- access to the product downloads is removed;
- the account may be suspended, and we will provide the order and delivery records to the payment provider.
05Purchases made elsewhere
Products bought on third-party marketplaces are governed by the refund policy of the marketplace where you bought them, not by this page. If such a purchase is refunded there, the matching licence on badgyver.com is revoked as well.
06Your statutory rights
This policy does not exclude or limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence that cannot be waived by agreement.
