01Before you write

Help us solve your problem in one reply by including:

  • your order number or the Discord name you signed in with;
  • the product and the version you are using;
  • for plugins, whether your server runs Oxide/uMod or Carbon, and the server console log with the error;
  • for maps and prefabs, a screenshot of what you see.

Downloads
Every file you have bought or downloaded is in My account > Downloads.
Orders
Your orders and invoices are in My account > Orders.
Licences
Communities, servers and plugin licences are managed in My account > Communities.
Refunds
All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for how we help instead.
Usage rights
What you may do with a product is explained in the Licence Agreement.

03When we reply

We answer every ticket ourselves, as soon as we can. Please keep one ticket per problem and add any new details to it, instead of opening another: it only slows things down.
