Rust Map Templates

Real-world shapes, ready to build on.

Real-world Rust map templates: the true terrain of a country or region, turned into a 6,000 m Rust map ready to build on in RustEdit. Ten are available today: Afghanistan, Albania, Andalusia, Argentina, Armenia, Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bahrain and Bangladesh.
A blank canvas with a real shape
A template carries the coastline and the relief of the real land and nothing else: no monuments and no prefabs, with between 79% and 97% of the surface buildable. You place your own monuments, roads and rivers on top, and your players recognise the country the moment they open the map.
See a finished example in the Apocalypse Spain map.
Who a template is for
Templates are for server owners and map makers who want a real place under their players' feet: a country they can recognise, at 6,000 m, with its true coastline and mountains. They are a starting point rather than a finished map, which is why they cost less than a full custom map, and why the same template can become a very different server in different hands.
Every template page shows the real shape of the land, its size and how much of it is buildable. Want one that is ready to play today? The custom Rust maps are finished worlds with monuments, roads and rivers already in place.
